Deenia is a Sehrapp service for your madrasa or Islamic school, developed by FungalCode. Your account comes from your school, so questions about a class, a fee or a record are answered fastest by your school office.

Signing in

• Use the email address your school has for you, with your password, on the website or in the Deenia app.
• Forgot your password? Choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen. Your school office is told and sets a temporary password, and you choose a new one the next time you sign in.
• Lost the phone with your two-step codes? Use one of your recovery keys, or ask your school office for help.
• Pupils sign in with the details their school gives them.

The Deenia app

• The app is for iPhone and iPad (iOS 17.4 or later) and for Android phones (Android 8 or later).
• App lock: the app can ask for Face ID, Touch ID, your fingerprint or your phone's PIN each time it opens. Turn it on or off under Account. The app asks you to sign in again if, on an iPhone, a new face or fingerprint is added, or, on an Android phone, the screen lock is turned off.
• Signed in on a phone you lost? Sign in on another device, open Sign-in security (My Sign-in Security on the website) and sign that device out.

Your data and your account

Your school controls the records in Deenia. To see, correct or remove what is kept about you or your child, or to close your account, ask your school: it can erase an account. If the school cannot help, write to privacy@deenia.fungalcode.com from the email address on your account, and name your school. Some payment records are kept for six years (for a school in Canada, the law requires this); the Privacy page explains what is kept and for how long.

Never give your password, recovery keys or two-step codes to anyone, including the school or Sehrapp.
