Terms of use
Last updated 11 October 2026
Deenia is the system your madrasa or Islamic school uses to run enrolment, classes, attendance, progress and fees. Sehrapp provides it to the school, and FungalCode develops it. By signing in to Deenia, on the website or in the Deenia apps, you agree to these terms.
Your account
- Accounts are given by the school: to its staff, to the parents and guardians of its pupils, and to its pupils. Use only your own account and keep your password, passkeys and two-step codes to yourself.
- Tell your school straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- The school decides who has an account and what each person can see and do, and can change or end an account at any time.
Using Deenia
- Use Deenia only for the school's purposes, and keep what you enter accurate and respectful.
- Do not try to see records you are not meant to see, get round Deenia's security, or disrupt the service. Attempts are logged and reported to the school.
- Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.
The school's part
Your school is responsible for the records it keeps in Deenia, for its fees and payment arrangements, and for its own rules and decisions. Questions about a fee, a class or a record go to the school first.
The service
- Sehrapp works to keep Deenia available, secure and backed up, and may change or improve it. Planned work that interrupts the service is announced to the school ahead of time where possible.
- How personal information is handled is set out on the Privacy page.
Who owns what
- Deenia belongs to Sehrapp: its name, logo, screens, designs, pictures, text and software. They are protected by copyright and trademark law in Canada and in other countries.
- Do not copy, reproduce, scrape, decompile or reverse-engineer Deenia, and do not use its name, logo, screens or designs to make or market another product, except where the law of your country allows it.
- Your school's records belong to your school, and what you write in Deenia stays yours. Sehrapp uses them only to run Deenia for the school, as the Privacy page explains.
